Our products are shipped disassembled (not installed) in special packaging.
Installation is the responsibility of our customers. Our products do not require expertise when installing.
The packages also include the necessary installation diagram for easy and fun installation.
All mounting hardware and accessories are included in the package. You can easily install it with simple hand tools.
There are numbers on the parts for error-free installation of the products. The installation manual includes detailed instructions on how to install.
Box and Packaging Information
It is sent disassembled in its special packaging.
The product is supported with honeycomb cardboard and corner strips inside the box to prevent damage during transportation.
Delivery Information
The package must be checked when the products are received from the cargo company.
Damaged packages and products should not be accepted and a damage assessment report should be prepared by the cargo officer.
Products detected to be damaged are replaced or returned free of charge.
If there are damaged parts in the package after the product is received, you can inform our customer representative of the damaged part number and the spare part will be put into production and sent to you free of charge.
