There are numbers on the parts for error-free installation of the products. The installation guide provides detailed instructions on how to install.
Box and Packaging Information
It is shipped disassembled in its special packaging.
The product is supported with honeycomb cardboard and corner pieces in the box to prevent damage during transportation.
Delivery Information
The package must be checked when receiving the products from the cargo.
Damaged packages and products should not be accepted and a damage report should be prepared by the cargo officer.
Products detected to be damaged are exchanged or returned free of charge.
If there are damaged parts in the package after the product is received, please inform our customer representative about the damaged part number and the spare part will be taken into production and sent to you free of charge.
