Product Features
All of our products are produced from 18 mm particle board with a high quality melamine surface.
Our products are produced using first class fittings and accessories.
Our products are produced using first class PVC edge bands.
Our products are produced from E1 Certified raw materials that do not contain carcinogenic substances and comply with European Union health norms.
Installation Information
Our products are shipped disassembled (not installed) in special packaging.
Installation is the responsibility of our customers. Our products do not require expertise when installing.
The packages also include the necessary installation diagram for easy and fun installation.
All mounting hardware and accessories are included in the package. You can easily install it with simple hand tools.
There are numbers on the parts for error-free installation of the products. The installation manual includes detailed instructions on how to install.
Box and Packaging Information
It is sent disassembled in its special packaging.
The product is supported with honeycomb cardboard and corner strips inside the box to prevent damage during transportation.
Delivery Information
The package must be checked when the products are received from the cargo company.
Damaged packages and products should not be accepted and a damage assessment report should be prepared by the cargo officer.
Products detected to be damaged are replaced or returned free of charge.
If there are damaged parts in the package after the product is received, you can inform our customer representative of the damaged part number and the spare part will be put into production and sent to you free of charge.
After Sales Service
To benefit from after-sales service, be sure to keep your installation diagram, warranty certificate and invoice.
You can contact our customer service representatives for damages that occur during transportation of your product.
Your parts that are broken, scratched, etc. will be produced within 2-3 business days and sent to you free of charge.

Tüm ürünlerimizi, il ve ilçe merkezlerine ücretsiz olarak teslim ediyoruz.
Siparişleriniz, ürün türüne bağlı olarak 1-3 iş günü veya 3-7 iş günü içinde kargoya verilir. 3-7 iş günü içinde kargoya verilen ürünler, siparişiniz üzerine özel olarak üretilip gönderilmektedir. Özel üretim gerektiren bazı ürünlerde ise kargoya teslim süresi 14 iş gününe kadar uzayabilir.
Her ürünün detay sayfasında, tahmini kargoya teslim tarihi yer almaktadır. Kargo firmalarıyla gönderilen siparişler 1-5 iş günü içinde teslim edilir. Lojistik firmalarıyla gönderilen siparişler ise 7-14 iş günü arasında teslim edilmektedir. Kargo / lojistik firmalarıyla gönderilen siparişlerinizi sipariş sorgulama ekranından takip edebilirsiniz. Lojistik firmalarıyla gönderilen siparişleriniz, teslimattan bir gün önce telefonla aranarak teslimat bilgisi verilmektedir. Taşıma sırasında ürününüzde hasar (kırık, çizik vb.) oluşursa, müşteri hizmetlerimizle iletişime geçebilirsiniz. Hasar gören parçalar en kısa sürede yeniden üretilip ücretsiz olarak gönderilecektir. Ürünlerimiz, üretim ve işçilik hatalarına karşı 24 ay garanti kapsamındadır.

İade etmek istediğiniz ürünler; ambalajı açılmamış / kurulum yapılmamış olmalıdır. Ayrıca, teşhirde sergilenen ve özel olarak tasarlanmış ürünlerde iade işlemi yapılamaz.

Kurulum Bilgileri:
Ürünlerimiz demonte olarak özel paketinde gönderilir.
Kurulum size aittir ve uzmanlık gerektirmez. Paketlerde gerekli montaj aparatları ve aksesuarlar bulunmaktadır. Ürüne ait kurulum şemasına paket içerisindeki aksesuar listesinde bulunan kare kod ile ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Basit el aletleriyle kolayca kurulum yapabilirsiniz. Parçalar üzerindeki numaralar ve kurulum kılavuzu sayesinde işlem oldukça basittir.
Ücretli Kurulum
Web sitemiz üzerinden sipariş verirken, montaj hizmeti sunulan ürünlerde "Montaj Satın Al" butonuna tıklayarak montaj hizmetini siparişinize ekleyebilirsiniz. Eğer teslimatı yapan lojistik firması montaj hizmeti sunuyorsa, montaj işlemi teslimat günü yapılır. Ancak, teslimat yapan kargo/lojistik firmamızda montaj hizmeti bulunmuyorsa, telefonunuza montaj randevusu alabileceğiniz bir link gönderilecektir. Bu linke tıklayarak, size uygun bir tarihte montaj randevusu oluşturabilir ve ürünlerinizin kurulumu belirttiğiniz tarihte gerçekleştirilir.
Sipariş sırasında montaj hizmetini eklemeyi unutursanız, sonradan sadece montaj hizmetini alabilirsiniz.
