The package must be checked when the products are received from the cargo company.
Damaged packages and products should not be accepted and a damage assessment report should be prepared by the cargo officer.
Products detected to be damaged are replaced or returned free of charge.
If there are damaged parts in the package after the product is received, you can inform our customer representative of the damaged part number and the spare part will be put into production and sent to you free of charge.
After Sales Service
To benefit from after-sales service, be sure to keep your installation diagram, warranty certificate and invoice.
You can contact our customer service representatives for damages that occur during transportation of your product.
Your parts that are broken, scratched, etc. will be produced within 2-3 business days and sent to you free of charge.
