Our products are produced from E1 Certified raw materials that do not contain carcinogenic substances and comply with European Union health norms.
Installation Information
Our products are shipped disassembled (without installation) in a special package.
Installation is the responsibility of our customers. Our products do not require expertise when installing.
The packages also include the necessary installation diagram for easy and fun installation.
All mounting brackets and accessories are included in the package. You can easily install it with simple hand tools.
There are numbers on the parts for error-free installation of the products. The installation guide includes detailed instructions on how to install.
Box and Packaging Information
It is shipped disassembled in its special packaging.
The product is supported with honeycomb cardboard and corner pieces in the box to prevent damage during transportation.
Delivery Information
The package must be checked when receiving the products from the cargo.
Damaged packages and products should not be accepted and a damage report should be prepared by the cargo officer.
Products detected to be damaged are exchanged or returned free of charge.
If there are damaged parts in the package after the product is received, if you inform our customer representative about the damaged part number, the spare part will be taken into production and sent to you free of charge.
After Sales Service
To benefit from after-sales service, be sure to keep your installation diagram, warranty certificate and invoice.
You can contact our customer service representatives for damages that occur during transportation of your product.
Your parts that are broken, scratched, etc. will be produced within 2-3 business days and sent to you free of charge.

Merhabalar ürününüzü çok beğendim fakat kullanmak istediğim alan sağa doğru 220 sola doğru 130 değişiklik yapma imkanımız varmı sağ parçayı 40 cm uzatıp sol parçayı 50 cm küçültebilirmiyiz?

Paketlemesi pek özenli değildi,ayın 5inde sipariş verdim 29unda elime ulaştı. Malzeme kalitesi iyi, demirler sağlam bilgisayar monitör televizyon koydum ve masa hiç sallanmıyor. Kurulumu kolay.
